Returns

 

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will refund you in the form of store credit for any future purchases on our website or in-store - valid for one year. My Trendy Room does not provide any cash refunds.

Returned clothes, if washed or worn, will be refused. In case you ordered a product and requested a return and the product was found to be damaged, you will bear all delivery and return fees associated with this product and you will not be given store credit.

International Returns

You have 30 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us. We will refund you in the form of store credit for any future purchases on our website or in-store - valid for one year. My Trendy Room does NOT provide free shipping for returns made outside of Lebanon. For more information on international returns, please email customerservice@mytrendyroom.com

Return Policy for Gifts

If you are returning an item you received as a gift, we will refund you in the form of store credit for any future purchases on our website or in-store - valid for one year. The gift receiver can request the return of such gift within 30 days of purchase by contacting My Trendy Room on our contact details mentioned on the delivery receipt. If the return is accepted based on the return conditions mentioned above, the amount will be credited to the account of the gift receiver. If the gift receiver does not have an account, they will need to create one.

 

Sale items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at customerservice@mytrendyroom.com to guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping within Lebanon

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred for returning your item. If the refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. My Trendy Room is not held accountable for any delays in shipping incurred by transporter. 

International Shipping

My Trendy Room does not provide FREE shipping for deliveries outside of Lebanon. For more information on international shipping and returns, please email customerservice@mytrendyroom.com.

The order may be subject to taxes and customs fees in the country of destination. My Trendy Room will not be held accountable for these taxes and customs fees. Buyer is solely responsible for these taxes and fees incurred in the destination country.

My Trendy Room will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries.

Gift Wrapping

My Trendy Room offers its customers FREE gift-wrapping service for non-bulky objects, such as clothing and accessories, small toys and small objects of decoration. Bulky or cumbersome objects cannot benefit from proper gift wrapping.

Damaged Parcels

 

Please check that all items are in satisfactory condition upon reception. My Trendy Room kindly reminds customers to please inspect his/her parcel upon reception in the presence of the deliveryman and notify transporter as well as My Trendy Room of any abnormality (bumps, scratches or damages). If items are in satisfactory condition customer must sign off on delivery slip that items were well received. The product is considered to be accepted by the customer and no complaint related to the state of the parcel can be accepted after signature of the delivery slip. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately for assistance using the below contact details.
